Our project arrived at Advanced as a street beat 1987 Z52 coupe, originally Dark Red metallic, but painted what the previous owner calls Radar Blue (more purple than blue). One thing going for it is the late style bumper covers, giving it a more updated look. Apparently, the previous owners original intent was to clone a 1996 Grand Sport, but you can see by the pictures the stripe is not a correct GS stripe.

Not bad looking from the outside, but we’ve got some changes in store to more properly reflect what a "take no prisoners" Corvette should look like.
